Within two days after 30km running, almost all the symptoms-muscle pains or joint pains-were cured.But I feel pain on my left ankle still. The pain occurs from deep. A damage of the joint or ligament might be occured.
I wanted to run 20km on Sunday, but felt severe pain from the ankle so I gave up running at 14 km point. It may be better to stop running around several days.
